• Log into your Accumarkets Dashboard
• Click on the "FUNDS" tab
• Click on "Deposit Funds"
• Select the account you wish to deposit into
• Select deposit method
• Follow the prompts on the screen

Deposits are instantly and automatically allocated to the trading account of your choice. 

Withdrawals generally reflect within 24 hours. Processing of transactions may vary depending on your financial institution. Withdrawals processed over weekends and public holidays may incur delays as South African Banks do not process during these times. 

• Log into your Accumarkets profile
• Select the "FUNDS" dropdown menu
• Click on "Withdraw Funds"
• Select the payment gateway to withdraw through
• Select the payment details
• Select the bank account you wish to withdraw to
• Click “Continue”
• Enter the amount you wish to withdraw
• Continue to follow the prompts on the screen 

• Log into your MT5 account
• Navigate to the quotes section,
• Click on the search bar and type in the name of the instrument that you want to add,
• Click on the instrument and it will be added to your quotes list. 

This will allow you to keep track of the instrument's price movements and make informed trading decisions. So, if you want to stay on top of the market, make sure to add all the relevant quotes to your MT5 account.

The Investor Password provides read-only access to view account information and performance data. It is often used to share account details with third parties without giving them the ability to trade or modify the account.

 The Real Password grants full access to the account, allowing the user to perform all actions, including trading, managing positions, and making changes to the account settings.

Proof of ID & Proof of Address. In addition, your banking details/crypto details need to be verified for withdrawals.

• Click on “open live account”
• Select account type
• Click “Continue”

An email confirmation will be sent to you with the login details for your MT5 application.

• Select the account you wish to change
• Select 'request new leverage'
• Follow the prompts on the screen
